Abstract

Important aspects of the life story of Dr. Idalberto Orges González are described, his vocation as a humanist doctor, an example of ethics and dedication to work. Dr. Orges was an illustrious and beloved doctor from Las Tunas, teacher, researcher, second-degree specialist in Pulmonology, provincial pulmonologist and general deputy director of the Provincial Center of Hygiene, Epidemiology and Microbiology, teaching vice-director of the Provincial Health Directorate in Las Tunas. , head of the Pulmonology service at the “Dr. Ernesto Guevara de la Serna”, dean of the Faculty of Medical Sciences Dr. Zoilo Enrique Marinello Vidaurreta, Las Tunas, head of the First Medical Brigade with the status of Model, in Lubango, Huila, People's Democratic Republic of Angola, vice director of the Hospital Legal Charitable University of Havana. Lover of nature, defender of family, medical and patriotic values, excellent son, beloved father, unconditional friend, an honorable patriot.
