Phyllode tumor is a rare fibro-epithelial neoplasia; it represents from 0.3 to 0.9 % of the breast tumors and from 2 to 3% of the breast fibro-epithelial breast tumors. It may appear at any age and most of them are benign although up to 30 % may present a malignant connective tissue. This study describes two cases of female adolescents of 13 and 14 years old, both presenting a great increase in volume of the whole right breast, fixed to deep planes, turgid with no axillary adenopathy. A breast echography was performed, showing a great tumor in the right breast in both patients. A needle biopsy was carried out, showing presence of plentiful cellularity and a marked pleomorphism. A diagnosis of phyllode tumor of the breast was made. In one case a simple total mastectomy was performed and in the other case resection of the tumoral mass was carried out, preserving the breast. Both patients progressed satisfactorily without complications.
